The National Iota Foundation will be the entity that Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. (Iota) and its stakeholders use to magnify the impact and improve the outcomes of their philanthropic efforts. The Foundations champions projects that address needs, goals, and objectives locally, regionally, and nationally. The NIF is dedicated to making a difference in the personal lives of Iota’s brothers and the community communities they serve.

The NIF is committed to philanthropic efforts that educate, cultivate, and advocate for the programmatic and mission-oriented goals of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity. The NIF supports programs and initiatives that promote the development of Scholarship, Leadership, Citizenship, Fidelity, and Brotherhood. While it concentrates primarily on communities of color, the Foundation operates with a spirit of equality, inclusive, and sustainability.

We shall exemplify teamwork, stewardship, transparency, and trust as we blend together the talents of the NIF, Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., partners, and stakeholders. These values keep us grounded in a service culture and provides the “North star” that directs all of our actions.
